There is 1 investment options which serve as a qualifier for the application to the Dominican citizenship-by-investment programme:

Economic Diversification
Fund (EDF) Contribution
- Main applicant: USD 100,000.
- Main applicant and spouse: USD 150,000.
- Main applicant, spouse and 2 qualifying dependents(excluding siblings): USD 175,000.
- Each additional dependent below 18 years old: USD 25,000.
- Each additional dependent 18 years and above: USD 50,000. (Contribution is non-refundable).

Preparation
- Sign a retainer agreement for NGE to act as your legal advisor for the citizenship application and legal process.
- Collect and prepare the documents required.
- Pay the due diligence fee.
- Submit the application for pre-approval.

Citizenship application
- Receive pre-approval written confirmation to proceed with your application.
- Pay the investment amount in full.
- Submit the application.
- The Vanuatu Citizen Commission will examine your citizenship application to check that you have obtained the FIU requisite clearance, documentation and completed the payments

Contribution and other requirements
- Receive citizenship approval from the Prime Minister.
- Visit Vanuatu to take your citizenship oath or request for the oath to be taken in the location of your choice.
- Receive the Citizenship Certificate and the Vanuatu passport.
